I just finished this duology and I absolutely loved it. Pic is only book 2 because I've already shelved 1, but I highly recommend (especially so for NYers!). I am so sad to say goodbye to these characters! I can't wait to read more from this author.
Today would be my mama's 92nd bday. She is pictured below at her 80th. It was such a lovely day! Gosh she loved her plants - The thanksgiving cactus pictured below is one that she re-homed with me around 2015. It never bloomed - one once - until after her passing, so I know she's hanging about. ❤️☺️
