Carbrain is acknowledging the urgency of addressing climate change, as long as it doesn't remove parking

My yard signs for bike lanes on Hopkins did not fare well, let's see how these do.

This Nextdoor comment is amazing. Apparently 1500 square feet is basically a prison. First time I have seen the anti-housing side claim to want a bigger project.

That’s somehow 3 bedrooms crammed into 1500 square feet 👣. No way. You would have more room at a correctional institution. This truly bizarre and was probably ordered up over the phone. A much larger building, done with smarts and long range thought, would be a great addition to our neighborhood. This is an expensive sardine can disaster.
