My own recipe, Margarita cake, based on the cocktail, the sponge is made with ground almonds and lime pulp laced with tequila as is the cream in the middle, the orange marmalade glaze on top is laced with Cointreau. A proper booze fest.

When I am not just screaming into the void, I like to do a bit of painting, this is my latest and I am quite chuffed with it.

An exciting new venue for art has opened in the tiny village of Wickenby in Lincolnshire. I am privileged to have a couple of paintings on display there. Well worth a visit!

This is what I do.

I use oils, they are very forgiving and you can just keep painting till you get it right. I like portraits and nudes,
