Thank you Universe for clearing the skies enough to see this. I'm so happy. The evening is beautiful, Mother Nature's bounty is evident in the croaking frogs, the birds finding their evening perches, & the bats flapping around for their dinner.

Still working on my beaded fairy. So much to do, so little access to internet...

Cat-thursday is coming to an end so here are some beaded cat portraits along with a pic of the originals. Kinda annoyed that the difference between the matte and opaque gray beads are too subtle to notice. Ah well. I need a second shade of gray then.

Really surprised that the main apricot color looks ok. Dyslexia got me on that left eye, doh! The mouth is too pale, I'm gonna see how that psychedelic pink works instead.

Yesterday was a household chores day so I'm barely gonna work on the second hoop.

A sand colored bead mat with a completed beaded gold hoop earring, it's bare mate, a needle on a square magnet with a strand of gold thread, a small pile of 24K gold plated cylinder beads, and a tiny pile of 24K gold plated round beads next to a pile of 2mm lapis lazuli beads. A small, round magnet and some off-drilled beads are also on the mat.

Hmmm. Played with heat this round and I'm not crazy about the results. Some of that oxidation wouldn't buff off normally. They're on their first coat of wax and very shiny. Not sure how I feel about that so I'll post updated pics when I relist and let buyers decide.
