And there it is. The state has no governmental interest in asserting its power over artificial entities incorporated under its own laws. Corporations are natural entities that exist and have rights independent of the state! If this argument ultimately wins, we are all lost. And it might win! 🤪

In Shanghai and EVs like this are everywhere. They’re cool as hell. Tesla as a car company can hang on, living off protectionist policies, but it’s basically toast.
