This is Cais, a fox demon for a story I'm writing. He's mischievous, has a great disdain for authority, and only respects those he deems earned it. Cais, a fox demon based on the cross fox. He has short hair colored with bluish-black and orange as well as 2 fox ears in the same color but tipped white. His eyes are orange and he's wearing a blue robe shirt with a collar. He also has scarf-like fur around his shoulders with its tips being bluish-black and its middle being orange. This picture shows him with ~6 tails (color starts out as orange before turning to bluish-black and finally to white), but in the story he only has 2 tails.

This is Llun Inoue, an Officer Reaper for a TWEWY project. I went crazy with xyr design as I wanted xyr Noise form to be a kraken and used printer ink tones as inspiration. However, I would like to revamp xyr personality a bit as I'm not really feeling it. Drawn by @yurobani.bsky.social.

Llun looks like a young person in their mid-twenties with xyr hair styled in a short mohawk fade colored in a dark purple. Xe wears a black monocle on xyr left eye and has a black lip ring piercing on the right side of xyr lip. On the back of xyr neck, “u ln lkqlta qurg tiy” is printed in what looks like blood.

Llun wears a purple long-sleeved haori but only on xyr left side. Xyr right arm is free from the sleeve, which xe weirdly wraps around xyr neck from behind like a makeshift scarf. Underneath xyr haori is a white long-sleeved shirt that has a pattern similar to that of bandages. On the haori, it has the phrase “Que sera, sera.” on the left sleeve while the phrase “Cogito, ergo sum.” is on the right sleeve. There are also alchemy symbols on various parts of the haori. The inner-shirt has the translation of the phrases and symbols, “What will be, will be.” and “I think, therefore I am.” Llun has fingerless gloves, yellow with a red plus sign for the right and cyan with a blue minus sign for the left.

Xe also wears stylized light purple pants in which the right pant leg is long while the left pant leg is short. The left pant leg is also covered by a black one-sided, cinched skirt so it looks like xe isn’t wearing anything on that side. The right pant leg has the phase “They look but do not see. Hear but do not listen.” wound around it while the skirt has the words “I understand.” in a straight line down. Xe also wears green leg warmers and simple hightop shoes that have different colors (cyan for the right and yellow for the left) as well as the back of the shoes having the word “real” in blue for the right and “fake” in red for the left.

Noise Form (Lolligo Cantus or Singing Squid): Very similar to Cthulhu although xyr legs are replaced with even more tentacles. Xyr tentacles are represented by similar tattoo patterns in a mixture of purple, cyan, and yellow. Xyr body has a color scheme that is black with white glowing eyes.

This is Spider-Wasp, made during the Spider-Man:AtSV times. He was bitten by a radioactive spider that had a wasp larva hitching a ride on it (spider-ectoparasitoid). His design is inspired by the infamous black blue/white gold dress, and he might be a little cuckoo. Drawn by @papaparah.bsky.social.

Spider-Wasp. His first picture is him without his gold and black fur jacket. His suit is mainly blue with yellow crawling from his left side, symbolizing the parasitic wasp. The second picture is him with his gold and back fur jacket, used to sense polarity and electricity in the air.

The other sketches show that he is able to fire from all of his fingers with rapid fire webbings. He likes to float using polarized webbings more so than swinging since it makes him motion-sick (right bottom corner is him swinging and saying "Lord, I am going to puke."). The bottom sketch is him with Spider-Hunter and Spider-Hunter saying, "I'm gonna touch it!" to his web. Spider-Wasp warns that, "It's poisonous." and then Spider-Hunter gets paralyzed by it.

He is inspired by the:
- Flying spider (larinioides sclopetarius): the idea of using spider silk and threads to “fly” in the air
- Golden Orb-Weaving/Darwin’s bark spider (Nephilia clavipes/Caerostris darwini): strongest spider silk
- Spider-ectoparasitoid (Reclinervellus nielseni): wasp that uses spiders as host to build a web for their young

Fine, I guess I can show my Pokémon trainsona, 2020-now. Yes, I "drew" the first iteration, and my very talented friends drew the rest, please see ALT. Despite embarrassment, he did help me make a lot of Internet friends whom I'm still friends with today. Yes, the design carried over to my avatar.

When you're trying to draw for the first time. I essentially just tried my best and put in whatever I would like to wear if I had it.

Yes, I do have black Axent Wear headphones (not sure why I made it silver here...). A good friend of mine actually switched around the accents so I have one where the cat ear speakers are green while the earmuffs portion are blue.

No, I do not have a blue scarf with teeth, but I have many scarves. And the reason why I drew him like that was because I didn't want to draw a mouth.

Weird-ass shirt design of black and white with a grey jacket or something. Cannot draw pants nor shoes for the life of me so there's something weird there.

Trainsona now has longer hair, cuff and chain earring, red scarf, a black mask with the word "DISCUSS" turned into "DISGUST" with red thread, and same headphones around his neck.

He's wearing a black, short-sleeved jacket with a black turtleneck shirt underneath. He's also wearing pants where the right side is black and the left side is white as well as gloves, but the right glove is much longer than the left glove.

His mask has changed to a blue one with purple wings closing on each other, as if covering his mouth, and his scarf as turned into a purple one with a blue and yellow lightning bolt (similar to G-Max Toxtricity). He also has heart-shaped sunglasses and still has his usual headphones.

He's now wearing a weird jacket where the right side is blue and the left side is grey but with one blue stripe going down its length. Underneath is a spiderweb shirt and he's wearing blue pants and black shoes with a similar design to his scarf.

A Pokemon trainer whom few people have seen his true face. After spending some time at a tournament, he somehow became the vocalist for a Galarian band through a series of unfortunate events. Although he had learned to open up once with his friends, he withdrew once again after a fateful encounter.

Hometown: Sinnoh - Hearthome

He has a Zoroark named Vanitas with a Mild nature, a Cinccino named Alviss with a Jolly nature, a Raboot named Uulit with an Impish nature, a Togepi named Gil with a Calm nature, a Low-Key Toxtricity named Kiet with a Modest nature, and a Hisuian Zoroark named Ventus with a Naive nature.

Normal Appearance: He has short black hair and gray eyes. He's wearing his hood up, which has zipper holes to allow his cat ear headphones to poke through. His mask now has a circuit board pattern that glows in the dark while his scarf looks similar to a Cinccino's. He has a cuff and chain earring along with two studs. He wears a large overcoat that has fur on its shoulders, his band's symbol on the back, and reaches all the way to his black boots.

Zoroark Appearance: His hair is longer and is now tipped with red. His eyes have also changed to reflect his Zoroark's with the right eye being yellow and the left eye being teal. He still wears his usual outfit. His fingers are also tipped red and have retractable claws similar to that of a Zoroark's.

His blue Rotom phone is named Hallo.

This is Twice, half-elf, half dark-elf whose right eye has a tapetum lucidum from her dark-elf side, allowing her to see in the darkness well. She is very talented in magic but still has a lot to learn. First picture is from picrew.me/en/image_mak.... Second art is by @robinthephoenix.bsky.social.

Her original chibi form. Twice's bangs are a darker teal color while the rest of her wavy hair is a sky blue color. She has a right purple eye and a blue left eye. Here's the Boutique, an organ shop, hehehe. His original concept was taking somebody's eyes to see the world through their view. Then he evolved into being able to grow any organic matter that he has the DNA blueprint of. First art by @humminmoth.bsky.social. Second art by @cuptoast.bsky.social.

The Boutique, a merchant. He is standing in a graveyard while looking down on the "player". His yellow and red eyes make it look like he's smiling. He takes on a humanoid shape, but his clothes are patches of cloth zipped together to allow "room" for his various wares (letting the organic matter and limbs grow). Peaking from the various openings are bone, organic matter, and an eye. Nobody knows what his true appearance is. The Boutique isn't just limited to selling organic matter though and sells other items a player might need.

The Boutique is chatting with a grown-up Rosemary Winters of Resident Evil. He is cheerfully trying to sell her a gun as he leans against his table of various wares including but not limited to: green herbs, medical sprays, keys, lockpicks, guns, ammo, and an eyeball (the eyeball is very important). While Rose is a little suspicious of him, she does acknowledge that he is helpful in getting her what she needs for her mission.

The background shows items related to Rosemary, like the stuffed monkey dolls representing her father and her, the Village of Shadows storybook, and goat statues, as well as more herbs and first-aid bottles.

This is Belvedere Matisse, a young man who was forced by his village to become a deity's bride. A small excerpt of an interaction I wrote between Belvedere and Eyvindr. At this point in time, we didn't have names for them, so I just used [Bride] for Belvedere and [Deity] for Eyvindr. They are also very much inspired by Beauty and the Beast, hence Bel's name.

[Deity] took a deep breath and walked over to where [Bride] was sitting. He noticed how the human kept his eyes on the book, seemingly intent on reading. However, the moment he sat down, without looking, [Bride] stood up and walked away.
For some reason, that aloof action angered [Deity]. They were both in the same boat and yet [Bride] refused to compromise on anything. He constantly ignored [Deity], making a point to never be in the same room as him for too long. He never looked at him, never spoke to him, and never had anything to do with him. The deity was getting tired of being disrespected in his own home.
"If you hate being here so much, just leave my home then," [Deity] growled. He felt his anger rising when [Bride] barely reacted, barely acknowledged his statement. "Hey!" he roared before he could stop himself, standing up. "I'm talking to you!"
[Bride] finally reacted, but not in the way [Deity] wanted. The human looked over his shoulder with a disdainful look. They locked eyes for a moment before [Bride] tore his gaze away to continue walking to the library's exit. He opened the door to exit, allowing the heavy wood to slam shut behind him.
Growls bubbled in [Deity]'s throat. Yet he somehow managed to temper his anger with a frustrated shout and dropped into the chair, trying to rub the exhaustion out of his eyes and failing.

Here's Lok Acres, my werewolf man. I made him to represent how I focus on my techniques more whenever I take off my glasses for practice (I'm blind). The idea is "blinded eyes increase survival instincts", giving him the nickname of War Machine in the army. Drawn by @papaparah.bsky.social.

Wren Rivers (Pappy's) on the left and Lok Acres (mine) on the right. Wren is based on an arctic wolf while Lok is based on a gray wolf. They were childhood friends, but after an incident that triggered Lok's "berserk" mode, Lok's parents sent him away. They met again afterwards in the army, and they started dating at some point.

Demas's partner. The adopted child of a famous jeweler, they have formed their own reputation by specializing in fashionable accessories that hold a trainer's key stone/Z-crystal. They are always ready with a customer smile but aren't afraid to stand their ground.

They have a Scizor named Agate with a Brave nature, a Salazzle named Resin with a Bold nature, and a Sableye capable of mega evolution named Porcelain with a Bashful nature.

Appearance: Simae has short, black hair and vitiligo. They're wearing a simple black cardigan with a white-to-sky-blue gradient shirt and a split skirt that has a long, white frill on the right side and a short, black fabric on the left side.

They have three different earrings: a black cuff, a black stud, and a feather dangle. Their Rayquaza necklace is their own creation and has a keystone in its mouth. They also wear four rings on their left hand, two rings on their right, and different bracelets on both wrists.

Their sketchbook's cover is made of three triangles with the black triangle covering the right side of the diagonal line separating the book into two sides, a orange-ish triangle covering the left side of the diagonal with another line separating it from the bottom, and a light blue triangle covering the remaining bottom portion.

This is Hensyl Rhydderch, the cleric of my Travelers. It took me a bit to decide how I wanted to write him. Then I made him "Shigure Sohma from Fruits Basket but an actual good guy", and now I enjoy writing him. Very chaotic priest because it's fun. Drawn by @papaparah.bsky.social. Writing is mine.

He has a staff and is wearing his stole around his neck like a scarf. In the top doodle, he is saying "Please don't let me get hit! Thank you~!" The bottom doodle (which is a favorite) is saying "You're making me angry, and I have a blunt object in my hands."

Initially he was naive and innocent when he was younger. Seeing the crimes of many others caused him to be more cynical and critical of people. However, he still harbors some hope that there are more good people than bad people, and it often shows in his actions. Unfortunately, it doesn’t show much in his speech as he likes to tease and debate with others. He has mastered the art of pushing people just enough though without making them blow up completely. He often plays as devil’s advocate and can be a bit contrary. In his words, “God says ‘jump!’ and I ask, ‘On who?’”

“Father Hensyl, Father Hensyl, do you have any sweets?!”
Hensyl guffawed at the question and the children gathering around him. “I have sweets but they’re only for me.”
“No fair!” the youth tittered. “Share! Share!”
“Oh? You believe you are well-behaved enough to get these sweets?”
“Yes!” they laughed. One particularly small child leapt up and hung on his arm holding his staff. Hensyl’s chuckle became a gasp as he tried to stop himself from falling on the rambunctious kid. He somehow managed to steady himself, but he felt a small stab of annoyance at the child still hanging on him. Damn these youngsters for getting him so easily.
“Fine, fine. You all get one sweet treat.” Hensyl lowered his arm to set the child on the ground. His other arm reached into his pouch to take out some wrapped pieces of candied apricot and passed them around. “This now means you’re attending the service, right?”
“No!” they shrieked in delight.
“Spoiled children!” Hensyl shouted good-naturedly. “Service starts in an hour and a half. Go with your parents.” He shooed the little ones away. The adults watching the exchange grinned to themselves. They enjoyed seeing the interactions between the cleric and their offspring.

This is Tchaikovsiya Ebrahimi, the scholar of my Travelers. No picture c:. Although she is the second youngest, she's usually treated as the youngest due to her naivety of how the "real" world works. She is always hungry to learn more and loves to share what she's learned. Writing is mine.

“Mythology? Why the sudden interest? You usually read about…earthly matters, to put it simply.”
“I do, yes. But recently I was talking to one of the humanities professors and he spoke of past societies and their culture. It made me realize that while I know about our current world and traditions, I never really looked into the past.” The young scholar gestured to all the readings and writings she collected. She continued, “So I began to track down essays, publications, and the like about the ancient civilizations. Once I read a couple, I perceived how many of them valued their stories, especially those speaking of their gods. Their tales intrigued me, so I decided to switch gears and try to read their myths on how the world came to be as well as why things were the way they are, how things worked.” Tchaikovsiya smiled brightly. “Besides, you can grasp a great deal about a society and its thoughts through the art that has been preserved or even, on the other hand, destroyed. But it does take a considerable amount of evidence, assumptions, and experience to formulate accurate theories or hypotheses about them.
“As a result, I have gathered all the materials I deemed would be able to help me comprehend the old ways. I may not have a lot of experience as of yet, but I can still begin the construction of a good foundation with written documentation and my own sentiments.”

“Actually having the entire day off,” she said. Her smile widened at the surprised look in her fellow merchant’s eyes.
“Well, isn’t that a first. And you decided to spend your well-deserved vacation…here?”
“You know me, Elias.” Ambercrombie leaned against the man’s table. “You can take me out of my shop, but you can’t take the shop out of me.” Elias raised an eyebrow.
“I’ll say.” Cheerfulness replaced the surprise. “So…anything catching your eye? I might be convinced to…negotiate the price of it down.” The woman gave a bark of laughter.
“That’s very appreciated. I might just take a look around then…” Ambercrombie started to examine the various wares Elias had laid out. The merchant watched her for a moment before a customer required his attention.
Ambercrombie appreciated the merchandise Elias provided. While she didn’t see any that she would buy immediately, she could tell that other patrons, particularly travelers, would welcome the high-quality goods. After inspecting one particular blanket with her realizing the excellent craftsmanship, Ambercrombie began to move towards Elias to say her farewells until something dark caught her eye.

This is Periwinkle Escarra, the apothecary of my Travelers. No picture c:. Periwinkle believes that if she experiences the same pain as her patients, she will get a much better understanding. She is pretty chill and very go-with-the-flow, but she has shown that she can be observant. Writing is mine.

The grasses swayed, the birds tweeted, and Periwinkle sighed. Her life might seem small compared to citizens living in cities, but she honestly could not ask for more…except, perhaps, for a bit more breeze. Despite the shade, the temperature around her still felt heated, and a little wind would go a long way. The apothecary drank some of her water, her canteen never far from her whenever she went out into the field. Periwinkle had experienced dehydration once, and that was enough for her. If she wanted to experience it again, she just had to read her documentation on it.
It was only until the wind picked up considerably did Periwinkle realize that she had fallen asleep at some point, the cold waking her up from her nap. As much as she enjoyed the beauty and sensations Mother Nature had to offer, she’d rather not freeze to death against the night winds. Her skin shivered against the thought.
The apothecary moved to stand until she saw the half-mashed herbs in her mortar. She quickly ground the rest of it before pouring the powder into a pouch. She then stood up to stretch her arms. Periwinkle gathered her things and strolled down the hilltop towards her little cottage. She could see the other villagers milling about, but fortunately nobody needed her services as she reached her door. The young woman entered her home sweet home.

This is Odart’OduV, the hunter of my Travelers. He's your average caveman, haha. More comfortable in forests, doesn't like human society. A generally stoic and pragmatic man, Odart rarely lets any movement of his go to waste. He also prefers to mind his own business and would only interact with other people if necessary. Even then, he can be a bit awkward and more forward, telling things as they are. He is not good in social settings.

When one takes off galloping at max speed, it sounds like thunderclap. The males are bigger with larger horns. The females are smaller and leaner, more aerodynamic and hence preferred by hunters. They are extremely difficult to catch, and even more difficult to tame. Only the most skilled hunters can use them as their mounts. They have a strong magic resistance. They are omnivores. They prefer fruits and nuts. Should an opportunity arise, they also feed on small animals.

Fortunately today, it seemed that both forces sided with the young hunter. Odart steadied his breathing, so only the sound of the forest registered in his mind along with the rhythm of his heartbeat and Valient’s near quiet breathing. His eyes never wavered from their mark, following the plump deer as it strolled between the trees. His thunder elk blended in with the forestry as she remained as still as her owner. It would have been all too easy for her to simply bound across the woodland and catch the deer.
However Odart understood that he had to keep his skills sharp. He couldn’t rely on Valient every single time to catch their food. At that point, he would be considered a creature tamer, not the coveted hunter title. He put his hunter skills to the test now and continued to pursue the animal.
The hunter noticed how it remained where it stood, head bowed low to the ground. Grazing, the thought stole across his mind. Odart took the opportunity to pull one arrow from his quiver and fit it into his bow. Valient sensed more than saw the action but remained motionless. The moment her master shot the arrow, if on the lowest probable chance that he missed or the quarry managed to escape, she would accelerate as a thunder elk could to catch their prey.
Odart pulled the string of his bow back. His mind dismissed the familiar feeling of the fletching scratching his cheek. It further dismissed all other conscious thoughts, and Odart inhaled deeply.
Then, he relaxed his hand.

This is Tzil Abe, the thief of my Travelers. While she is the youngest of the group and essentially cared for as such, I didn't want to make her personality solely "youngest member", so I made her the oldest sister of her family of 7 or so siblings. Drawn by @jazziecat.bsky.social. Writing is mine.

Tzil Abe. She has a bag of stolen goods and is escaping up the stairs while looking back to know where her pursuers are.

Due to her family’s unfortunate circumstances, Tzil feels a strong responsibility towards her younger siblings. She puts their wellbeing before hers and can actually be very selfish in that regard. Tzil constantly feels on edge (survival mode) and is generally distrustful of most people. She firmly believes that everybody is doing things only for their sole benefit, everything has to have a catch or price. However she is slowly learning to trust other people as she continues to travel with the group, soon seeing them as her second family. Upon opening up, she is a bit more playful and mischievous.

A piece from my self-imposed Octopathber:

It looked like a real nice pocket watch, one that would fetch a real nice price. Tzil first noticed it when she briskly walked past the man just leaving the bakery. The stranger had pulled it out to observe the time, and the sunlight flashed off of its gold coating. It was the exact thing she was scouting for among other items worth selling for a high price.
So Tzil shadowed the man by the alleyways, taking care not to be seen by casual observers. She watched him make his way to the outer markets with his arms full of his shopping. The thief smiled. This particular heist would be all too easy, especially since the pocket watch in question wasn’t even attached to a chain.
She judged the moment perfect before merging with the crowd. Her eyes darted back and forth to pinpoint each and every trinket she had mapped to steal. Then she casually strolled through, sometimes stopping to examine various wares. At some moments Tzil had to graciously refuse the merchant’s urging to buy something. Other times she easily swiped the bits and pieces of things, storing them away into her coat.
Eventually Tzil came upon her initial victim. He was distracted by a stall owner, a perfect time for her nifty fingers to work.

Simae, Demas, and their little shiny corsola. Demas found the shiny corsola injured and was nursing it back to health when Simae came by and helped him. The shiny corsola started to take more to Simae than Demas. Demas got a bit jealous of the CORSOLA getting Simae's attention, but what could he do?

This is Caelus Ruan, the warrior of my Travelers. I wanted to try something different, so I gave him a prosthetic hook with a blade for his right arm. It's a bit challenging to write as I sometimes forget he has it, but I do enjoy it nevertheless. Drawn by @papaparah.bsky.social. Writing is mine.

He is a jovial man who is always ready to lend a hand to help anybody and everybody. He tends to start feeling a bit of responsibility for the people he has helped and often goes out of his way to make sure that they’re doing all right. He is very passionate about his swords work and fighting styles in general. Despite adapting well to only one arm, he does have moments where he regrets losing his sword hand. Yet he still takes it into stride and even occasionally jokes about it.

The sound made him freeze. After a few seconds the growl ceased. When Caelus began to move his foot to step forward, the growling started again. A scared animal, the thought stole across the warrior’s mind. And most likely a predator that’s hurt. If it wasn’t a hunter animal, it would have either tried to escape or keep quiet. Things have become a bit troublesome. Caelus never had the thought of abandoning the creature, but he also wasn’t going to go crashing into the brush to help it. He had to go about this a bit carefully.
The warrior pulled his sword, still in its scabbard, from his belt. He would rather his sheath get bit or slashed at than the animal hurting itself in a desperate attempt to protect itself. He leaned in, ignoring the snarls getting louder by the second, and used his covered sword to push the large leaves upwards. Caelus took in a quick inhale of breath when he saw the large, silver wolf glaring right back at him. The animal’s maw pulled back in a continuous snarl, displaying razor sharp fangs that could rid Caelus of his remaining arm.
However the man didn’t pay attention to that. Rather, he looked at the small trap clasped around the wolf’s foreleg. While it didn’t bite too deep to warrant an amputation, the trap connected to a chain prevented the wolf from escaping. The warrior knew he couldn’t leave the animal here.

This is Ondrea Tescarius, the dancer of my Travelers. I became obsessed with Octopath Traveler and suddenly I have 8 new characters, designs still pending. He might not have the best start in life, but he will have a happy ending with his new family. Drawn by @papaparah.bsky.social. Writing is mine.

Ondrea Tescarius. He has opened his fan forward in preparation for an attack.

In his dancer persona, he is strong and confident who lives to please and compliment everybody. However, that doesn’t stop him from asserting himself if anybody dares to take advantage of him. Ondrea can be very charismatic when fulfilling his duty as a dancer. As a result, he is also very well-versed in reading people in order to serve them as necessary. His true persona is that he's a bit more reserved and keeps to himself, very down-to-earth. More often than not he refuses to burden others with his worries. Despite his history, Ondrea is willing to help others in need for their sake, never his. He is very good at mediating as well as taking charge of the group.

Ondrea wiped his face with one of the clothes in the washroom. Taking another towel, he started rubbing the water off his body. Once he was done, he examined his clothes all over. Not a speck of red or tear on them. Sometimes they would be torn, and he would have to get a new outfit in a similar or more decorated style. Fortunately for him, they weren’t ruptured nor were they dyed in crimson. Otherwise he would have been in a world of hurt after he returned. Ondrea fitted his clothes back on.
When the dancer was sure he looked presentable, he left the washroom. The room he entered was a familiar sight. He spent many restless nights in it and could navigate it with his eyes closed. However, he wasn’t staying here for tonight, not anymore. Ondrea had already finished his duty, a little later than he had hoped. Now he had to go back to different quarters.
He carefully picked his way through the mess, taking great care not to accidentally step in any of the clothes or splashes spewed about. He ignored the sickening smell in the air and made sure to avoid looking towards the bed where a dark figure laid. The young man finally reached the door to exit the area. The wooden divider softly clicked behind him.

Now, I have to introduce Poppet and Moppet. Poppet is the more happy-go-lucky one while Moppet is the more serious one. I always love duality, and they're that representation.
