A Pioneer LD-W1, which has a fairly clean look. There is an array of indicator lights at the top left, buttons on the right, two major "sections" to the player (which is all one unit), and a large loading bay below (closed in this picture) that accepts two laserdiscs. Power is still on the upper left and a headphone jack on the lower right. A remote is left of the player and A/V cables are on the right.

a rather indescribable rendering of pac man, but I'll give it a go. in a castle setting, walls on both side and one at the back, so that there's a corridor with left and right turns in the back, pacman is in the foreground. the head is the pacman you know, maybe a bit cartoonish, but then it's on the body of a yellow jogger with a pacman on his green t-shirt. he is eating power pellets that look like hockey pucks, floating in thin air, while looking anxiously at three ghosts with devious looking faces, red closest, green further back, and then orange on the left turn and purple on the right. the red one has a hand reaching out at pac-man as if he wants to steal the hockey puck/cookie/whatever.

Apparently editing your place on google maps from a government building to a museum gets your business account suspended 😅 Anyway, Bloop is hard at work on getting our places in order so it's easier to find us, and recently, PRT renamed our bus stop to include us! Victory!

Bloop Museum version 0.7 is now OPEN! Today is "Walk-in Wednesday" and the first day that we're open all day from 10am to 6pm. Swing on by, #PennHills and #PGH folks! Time to show you all the cool stuff we're working on.

It's a big room with computers and games, fairly well organized, with some flamboyantly tableclothed tables, red and blue pixelated designs, a big "room-size" univac in the middle, and more!

Our International (up/left) and Arts&Culture (down/right) corners are still being worked on, but they were deemed good enough to open and there's still a lot to see and talk about in those areas. Come take a closer look!

It's our Japan room! Densely populated because I need more shelves, there's Sharp, Fujitsu, NEC, MSX, Nintendo vs Sega, and more obscure stuff to see. I went for a wood-and-white theme, just like those Japanese house pictures you see.

It's a 1982 living room! With the exception of the cheap pacman rug I ordered, I think we hit the mark on this one. Everyone had that brown/orange plaid 80s couch, console TV, Atari 2600, and computer hutch. You can also see a Wurlitzer jukebox sneaking into the bottom of the photo.
