I live in Makaha Valley, HI. The Queen loved peacocks, not this rare variety, they escaped the palace and found their way over here, where we love and nurture them. This is a video of our new babies.

More little peacock babies in Makaha Valley. The story goes that Princess Kaʻiulani, the last heir to the Hawaiian throne, loved peacocks, she brought them to the palace. They escaped, all these years later they have found a home here and are protected by all on the West side of Oahu.
