Thanks for fighting for the library and the community. Here's the plaque in question, if anyone is curious. Newspaper says city council approved it unanimously. Pretty obviously a stretch to get the acronym in there. Extremely weird words for describing a library.
The person in charge is shrugging and normalizing this as just what happens when administrations change. Shameful.
