I'm supposed to limit my alcohol intake because of the heart meds I'm on. I've struggled to do so so made the decision just to stop altogether. It's not easy, but think will be better in the long run. I can't have coke so only decaf. Water or AF if I'm out. 3 AF drinks daily limit. #mwxs
Day 6. Treated myself to a bottle of tonic water. I have a limit of three AF drinks per day. Rest is filtered water, decaf tea or coffee and the occasional decaf coke. I rarely have caffeine because of my heart.
I still have dodgy skin and an inflamed scalp so still can't get my hair sorted.
Interview feedback. This is the one from the other week. It's in the top four worst interviews I have ever had.
Re Henry Nowak's murder. This seems to have been overlooked, as the right wing go on about banning the Kirpan. Via BBC News.
