I have 0 idea what’s in this magic bottle of “Revive Dry Paints” but I’m shocked. My paint is smooth, rehydrated and goes on like cream. Anyone who does #PaintByNumber kits needs to get this. It’s from “Cheerful Painting”. I was super skeptical when I got it!

Rainy weather means binging documentaries and finishing up this paint-by-number canvas. Second in a set of three, to compliment our bathroom.

This is what is good today.

Moving the cat tree into my office and then encouraging bravery by strategically placing cat treats at different levels was one of my more genius moments. Stella can observe the yard, pontificate about birds, and have a safe place again.

So, here’s something entirely frivolous for you to smile over. My car has a plastic center console. My dog likes to lay with his head across it. I felt bad for him because I think it would hurt. I crocheted a small pillow. I think he likes it.

I aspire to this level of unbothered in my life. Hydrated, on his sissy’s blanket, blissfully snoring.

I rashly mentioned the word “stick” in reference to finishing my current #crochet project and Spoticus decided to help hold one end for me. He will get the other half of the stick once it’s cut!

Sat on my front porch over lunch and listened to the birds. I was able to hear and see a grackle, Northern Flicker, red bellied woodpecker (who argued with the bluejay), a cedar waxwing, some starlings and finches. My fav moment was when Mr Squirrel nearly came up on my porch, until he saw me…

Showed up this morning! I’m so excited.
