My first tattoo completed today by a lovely Korean tattoo artist whom was guest artist at Greetings Tattoo studio in Glasgow. Featuring a hummingbird, sunflowers and bluebells. All associated with memories of my mum whom is living with Lewy body dementia.

Dexter my 15 1/2 year old cat is fair enjoying the fact that his servant is off on annual leave. He is milking it since he had to go to the vet yesterday to get his claw clipped as claw went into his paw pad. On antibiotics and pain relief, he a wee champ and the vet nurses ♥️ him. #catsofbluesky

Maybe the fact that I’ve had a few glasses of red wine before this, is accurately describing how I’m feeling right now. 😂

My 15 year old cat Dexter Pexter winding his grandpa up,peeking out the middle of the curtains, so the sun is shining on the tv. Been glorious weather in Glasgow and the west coast of Scotland the last few days. Stunning sunrises and sunsets. Dolphins & porpoises out on mass in the river Clyde.

Saw this post on Instagram from someone whom trains counsellors in the UK. How is stuff like this still being peddled? Yes physical & mental health are linked. Caution needed -many physical health conditions would present with similar symptoms eg neurological conditions. Gaslighting comes to mind!
