About to start my final game of Teenage Ninja Fighting School at Gen Con
The artist, Ann Evtushenko, gave me three options. I liked the sky blue and sunlit image number 3, so that's the one I went with. This image is the final colors for this piece.
Next art post for The Art of Power, my game of medieval power politics in a land ruled by women. The initial piece is the Empress, a powerful warrior queen in her later years. Here she is on the battlefield in a color study this time.
Came home to see this after a weekend BBQ. Luckily that's not my house. This is my street though.
We are going with a stained-glass window look for the art, and Ann did some sketches for the initial concept work. The character will be introduced with a vertical piece next to the stats for the character. Here is the half-page piece that we will be using on the character sheet, in sketch form.
