While Healy's proposal doesn't explicitly call for ID there is nothing in her proposal or H.5366 that says the AG later cannot. Any and all identification eliminates anonymity which is a right. This is the FBI red dot map. They could arrest every one. They do not. They don't care. It's a scapegoat. I know radical Incels are a big problem, but the solution is actually better mental healthcare, gradewide internet safety training, actually arresting predators, more youth engagement, etc.
Many studies are bankrolled by shells of the same lobbies, long in the past, to be referenced later. I can't speak to that exact study you posted, but I agree it's a double edged sword. The same privacy that shields victims, shields predators. However, there are other ways to deal with our issues.
