Last night I got to see Sugar & Spice. I had met Sugar last summer, and I told her to “Come back soon!” When I saw her last night, I said “You came back!” She said “Yes, and I remember you from last time! You were so nice & I love your hat”. Made my night 🩷🩷
Mr Susie got fixed yesterday. He’s doing great, even took a pill without fighting me. He hates the cone, but I’m letting him keep it off during supervised times.
We just adopted this adorable stray that my friend found. He’s the biggest cuddler and we love him already. 🩷 Cats are the best!!
I love it here. (Even though 5 years ago we hit 116 in some freak heat wave) This week is what summer should be like.
Well this is kinda funny. It seems that Susie is actually a boy cat. We love this beautiful animal no matter what, and will adjust their name to Sammy, if needed.
So I went to the kitchen to get a snack, and Susie came out of hiding. I sat in my chair and she hopped up to get some attention. She’s figuring it out now.
She’s had her big meal for the day. Back to hiding. She saw Silvia through the fence & now knows she has a big sister. There might have been a couple of soft hisses, but they will become friends over time.
This sweet little baby came to live with us last night. We are calling her Susie. She spent the night hiding, but she did eat & drink a bit before bedtime. I hope she’s going to be happy here. 🩶
