Just like the USD to Swiss Franc rate. For some reason the USD goes higher the more bad news that happens. You would think it'd do the opposite.
Was wonder what was going on.. I've been slowly buying CHF. The dollar to Swiss franc rate dropped like a rock at a little after 7 am.
