Hey you reading this. Have a good day. Do something nice for yourself. You deserve it.
Sometimes I fondly think about the sax player in the film The Lost Boys. Don’t you?

We’re proud to publish Alex Gildzen’s A LITTER OF LISTS - and pumped to see it in the featured display at the famed Giovanni's Room bookstore in Philadelphia, one of our oldest LGBTQ+ bookstores. siblingrivalrypress.bigcartel.com/product/a-li...
Hot off the press and much love to Arkansas Times for including Sibling Rivalry Press in its Best of Arkansas issue - and to its readers for the love in the Best Author category.
July, baby! 🦁 Proud of this one. The poems really dance together. It’s like a big queer prom. #queerpoetry Assaracus 29 A Journal of Gay and Queer Poetry July 2026 ISBN: 979-8-950353-02-4 ISSN: 2159-0478 140 Pages Cover photo by Nilüfer Lily Kaya Publication Date: July 30, 2026
🪩 “We gave a party for the gods and the gods all came" - John Giorno, “Hi Risque”
Remembering fondly the moment last month when I was totally alone in a subway car and sang and danced using the poles. A whole routine! The world is your stage, friends! Have fun!
If you're an #ebook fan, WHAT TRIED TO KILL ME HAD MANY NAMES is up for pre-order in Kindle format on Amazon. More formats coming soon!
Black Trans women are one of the most vulnerable categories of people and are so often the target of violence. Zuggie’s work speaks truth to power and uplifts the Black Trans woman experience.
I saw Zuggie Tate perform #poetry at a Split This Rock event and was blown away. Now, less than a year later, I’m publishing her first book - ABOMINATION PINK - the very first in our BRIDGES SERIES.
Re-reading Ian Young’s groundbreaking THE MALE MUSE, and it pointed me to the poems of Aleister Crowley. I’d only read his spiritual texts. I didn’t realize how #kinky he was!
LET’S TALK ABOUT (GAY) SEX BAAAAYBEEEE 🎵 Happy official pub day to Charlie Lou Evans who has been such a fun collaborator! Publishers should be lining up to stand in your light (and be amazed at your hustle), but you will always be SRP FIRST, and we’re gonna cheer you on to the stratosphere. 🚀
I saw the new Masters of the Universe movie last night and loved it. Seriously it brought me so much joy. I smiled the whole time! As a kid it was my first favorite cartoon and my first favorite toy line. But now, looking back, it also explains the origins of, um, so many things! 😂
I published Joe’s INSIDE/OUT years ago, & he was a dream to work with. He’s still a dream, always shows up, & makes me proud of him & for him constantly. One of the great honors of my life is being a little part of someone’s larger story. The role of the publisher is to believe in someone.
Another SRP alum with a big-deal book. Joseph Osmundson is everywhere right now with Spawning Season: An Experiment in Queer Parenthood. The premise - A lesbian couple he had known since college came to him with a proposition: would Joe be a bio-dad and would he co-parent alongside them?
Titles like the new memoir from @fathermarc.bsky.social or GAY SEX from Charlie Lou Evans or The Queer South anthology or our journal of gay and queer poetry, Assaracus.
