There was a second unmarked discount at the register that brought the total down to $18!
Ah, Palace in mid-season form already by forgetting to update the years to 2026-27 for next season. That's the club I know and love.
I refuse to believe in the Madden curse this year. It's awesome to see Caleb get the spotlight. (Stole this from Schefter's Twitter.)
It is a dream come true seeing my favorite Premier League club, Crystal Palace, on an episode of my favorite podcast.
I'm just going to quit after this first round of spins. I'm not going to top this lineup without getting frustrated at the game first. www.82-0.com/share?id=y39...
I was basically playing FIFA when I tossed out this suggestion in 2021. And then somehow Glasner actually came into the club three years later and built a culture that won the trophies I saw Palace hoist only in the video games.
Feel like I hit the lottery finding two people in the same party having a PALACE FOR LIFE shirt (not visible from the back, obviously) and a shirt with SOSA on the back
Getting book recommendations from @minakimes.bsky.social at the LA Times Festival of Books. (Definitely picking up a copy of Rachel Khong's "My Dear You" tomorrow.)
Hey there, @rockchannelcurl.bsky.social (Rock League is on ESPN+ in the States!)
Taylor Rooks is reporting that the Chicago Sky traded Angel Reese to the Atlanta Dream. The Sky truly do not deserve, and cannot have, good things. A minor league organization in a major market, like the Bulls.
This is a really belated follow-up, but I happened to run into this display at a bookstore and wound up leaving with a copy of "Breasts and Eggs" because of the discussion we had this morning. This display seems to be the result of her new novel "Sisters in Yellow".
My high school stole Wolves' crest for one season, playing in purple and black kits. So the purple hoodie that Rob Edwards is wearing tonight is knocking me back to my freshman year every time the cameras focus on him.
Saturday: Jack Rudoni scores the winner in the 4th minute of stoppage time to consolidate Coventry's spot at the top of the Championship. Sunday: Nathan Ngoy scores the winner in the 4th minute of stoppage time to give Lille their third straight win in all comps. What a weekend of football.
Still thinking about Matty Stevens scoring with a backheel to seal the 3 points for AFC Wimbledon against Bradford City on Saturday.
I am obsessed with Yokohama F. Marinos running the entire Nissan badge on their shirts like they're the company's cars. First time in my J.League life I've seen this by the team.
Rest in peace to the most famous supporter of Stenhousemuir F.C., who got me looking out for the results of this third tier football club in Scotland when he surprisingly quoted my tweet about the Scottish Premiership in 2020.
Let me know if you need me to crop less from the emailed receipt I got. Puddles says hello!
