Bug Boy: For starters, the ball is round, not pointy. And you’re not allowed to use your hands, only your feet.

Bug Boy: If we just shave off a little more, it should fit perfectly.

Seymour: Why can't you just have rectangular doors like everyone else? Why do they have to be round?

Seymour: Listen, I have to go. Maggie’s been in the hospital and I wanted to visit her.

Second Panel- Seymour is now off the phone and walking into the kitchen, past Bug Boy, who is laying on the sofa reading a book.

Seymour: Ugh, once Estelle starts gossiping, she never stops. I'm gonna be late to meet Maggie for lunch.

Final Panel- Bug Boy looks up from his book towards Seymour, who has walked by Bug Boy again, this time on his way out the door. Bug Boy has an inquisitive look on his face. Seymour is looking away from Bug Boy, towards the door, with a huge smile on his face.

Narrator: We find our heroes back in the Wild West District for the Leafcutter parade.

Seymour: Why are those little ants riding on the leaves?

Second Panel- A single leafcutter ant standing in the middle of the desert carrying a huge leaf piece. Riding on the leaf are 2 tiny ants which are using tiny twigs to attach flies that are headed right for them

Bug Boy off camera: They're part of the Minima Gang. They act as bodyguards for the bigger, worker ants to protect them from predators.

Final Panel- Seymour looking much closer at one of the Minima Ants riding on the leaf through the center of town. The ant is looking directly at Seymour with a mean look on its face.

Narrator: How to predict when Spring will arrive with the help of our Superb Hero, Bug Boy.
Bug Boy: That’s me!

2nd Panel- Bug Boy, standing in a huge greenhouse smelling an orchid flower that’s attached to a plant taller than him with lots of flowers.
Narrator: If it's cloudy out, Bug Boy will try to beat the gloom by heading out to the botanical gardens for some greenery. This means Spring will arrive soon.

3rd Panel- Bug Boy standing in his kitchen in front of the stove, flipping a crêpe in the air with a frying pan. He’s also holding a gold coin in his left hand.
Narrator: If it's sunny out, Bug Boy will excitedly run back inside to make his favorite springtime food, crêpes. This means it will be weeks before Spring arrives.

Final Panel- Bug Boy lounging on the sofa, watching TV while sticking a fork into a plate full of crêpes sitting next to him.
Narrator: Of course, all this goes out the window if there’s something good on TV. Then you just gotta go with the groundhog.

Second Panel- Seymour has come out from the kitchen to the living room. He’s got oven mitts on all of his arms and looks a bit concerned.

Seymour: So it’s not a day where you burn all your food?

Third Panel- Bug Boy has gotten off the sofa and walked towards Seymour to show him the book he’s reading. Seymour looks even more sad.

Bug Boy: Of course not. We recite poetry and sing songs.

Final Panel- Seymour has walked by Bug Boy and started to take off all his oven mitts and leave them on the arm of the sofa.

Seymour: Then we should probably go out for supper.

Will: When I get scared I extend my arms and sway to appear more twig-like.

Second Panel- The top of Will’s head can be seen in the extreme foreground, it looks as if they are now leaning over to stand back up. Bug Boy is in the middle ground, still looking at Will, but this time with concern. The Bug Bungalow is in the background.

Bug Boy: But what are you afraid of?

Final panel- Will has finally stood up but looks even more scared now. They’re not only hiding their face behind their hands, but also behind their speech bubble.
