I grew up with Ben 10, and the original series in particular had so many cool alien designs. I was always particularly fond of XLR8 and Heatblast.

I'd also do Optimus Prime as the TARDIS of course (Optimus Time), even though that's outside what OP asked. It's too obvious not to do.

Optimus Prime, a red and blue robot with the front of a truck for a torso, big rig wheels on his calves and hips, smokestacks on his shoulders, that iconic mouth plate and antennae on the sides of his head, and those kind bright blue eyes.

Octus with his Dalek mode. I'd also do some Autobots to oppose him. I'd do Bumblebee as Bessie (with a 3.75 inch scale Fourth Doctor figure) and Wheeljack as the Whomobile (3.75 inch scale Third Doctor figure included). Octus' Dalek alt mode would scale with the current 5.5 inch scale Dr Who range.

On the left and right are two Daleks whose primary color is gunmetal grey. In the center is the Supreme Dalek, whose primary color is gold.

A peak behind the scenes. Amusingly enough this was in The Hall of Birds.

A yellow diamond-shaped sign reads "UNDER CONSTRUCTION" in black letters. Bellow it is a metal fence with police tape surrounding it, with half-finished brickwork and orange security barricades scatteredcompromises.

To the left in front of a pallet of bricks suspended by ropes is an Apatosaurus wearing a hardhat. In the foreground just outside of the fence is a Triceratops also wearing a hardhat. To the right is a Tyrannosaurus who, once again, wears a hardhat, and is carrying what appears to be blueprints for whatever the three dinosaurs are building.

To the right of the tyrannosaur is a porta-potty, no doubt in case the reptiles need to deposit some coprolites.

In addition to the spectacular collection of mounted dinosaur skeletons, the museum also boasts some impressive dioramas.

A diorama of marine life from the Paleozoic. There are corals, fish, bivalves, nautiloids, and what looks like a sea urchin scattered around the scene.

Diorama of a Carboniferius swamp. Im the foreground, resting on the ground between two pools of muddy water is a giant amphibian Eryops. Further back, Behind a log, lurks the sail-backed synapsid, Edaphosaurus. Surrounding the two animals are tropical plants that look like ferns and the trunks of larger vegetation.

Depiction of the tar pits of California during the Pleistocene epoch. In the foreground is a bison half-submerged in the tar. To the left are two sabertooth cats, Smilodon, are beside the pool, one sitting and the other prowling, both watching the trapped herbivore. To the right are three dire wolves, also observing the struggling ungulate. Above them, sitting in the beach of a tree is a giant condor, also fixing its eyes on the sinking beast.

A model of the early theropod dinosaur Coelophysis. It is a long, slender reptile with long narrow jaws, a long narrow neck, a long narrow body, long narrow limbs, and a long narrow tail. It is restored with scaley grey skin with a white underbelly, running on two legs.

Seeing mounted dinosaur skeletons in person is always breathtaking. I love to just stop and stare and imagine them with flesh on the bones, moving and behaving as they did in life.

Mounted skeleton of the early dinosaur Herrerasasaurus. It stands in a running pose, as if fleeing a predator or running down prey.

A collection of fossil dinosaur skeletons. An Allosaurus is mounted in a running pose, as if pursuing the colossal Apatosaurus to try and get at its small baby. Behind them, a Stegosaurus stands as if oblivious to the dramatic scene in front of it.

A mounted skeleton of the massive sauropod dinosaur, Diplodocus. Its long neck is raised slightly, just enough to give a strong impression of its great reach. It's whiplike tail is so long the end trails off past the edge of the picture.

Beneath the second tyrannosaur, a Triceratops is posed with its head raised in apprehension of the two carnivores. Above is not a dinosaur, but the skeleton of the mighty pterosaur Quetzalcoatlus, suspended from the ceiling as if soaring through the air.

I just saw this little guy waddling along the sidewalk. It didn't seem particularly alarmed by my presence and allowed me to take these pictures. Any bird expert out there is welcome to suggest why this one was behaving so unusually.
