Finishing a book while on a cruise could absolutely be disastrous - luckily, I brought another to start tomorrow during our sea day. This book was pretty good. I wasn’t expecting the mom-trauma but it wasn’t written in a way that the whole story focused on it. It was about sisterhood and strength. 🩷

I am obsessed. Which feels wonderful as a reader but also not as someone hyper aware of their own tendency to gobble up books like a fairy tale villain. I’m trying not to read this in one sitting so that I can enjoy it longer but omfg. It’s so good. #booknerd #booksky

Fun fact - pop tabs can work when you run out of twine to dry your herbs. My sage leaves got pretty and it was time to bring them inside and of course my goblin teenager used up all of my twine. Recycling and reusing for the win!
