#AnnualMaintenance Water Heater This is what I caught from flushing the water heater about 30-40 minutes this morning. Last time was about 1 year ago. I used the water fan as a quick strainer to catch the grit. Water Heater is about 7 years old, installed just before the Ridgecrest earthquake.
Real world, the two most famous seismologists in the LA area were women. Dr Lucy Jones and (another woman who's name escapes me) were based at CalTech. Jones stayed got to be well known. After a 1992 quake she came in with her child and gave a full interview on camera #Earthquake #TCMParty
