A large part of my beautiful old maple fell on my house during a storm on Tuesday. It crashed through the roof in in my daughter's old room. My daughter and grandchildren were sleeping over and had just left the room before the tree came in. Counting big blessings!!!

Some great moments at the No Kings/No Ice event in Romulus. A Trump supporter had the nerve to show up and try to hand out flyers. He got booed so loud, he left. My flag twirling neighbor in protest was fun! And there were plenty of car and truck honks in support!

I'm at the Wayne UAW No Kings protest. Ironically, Fox is the only channel here. So far they're just wandering around, talking amongst themselves. They got a little footage, set up to interview, then packed it up. No interviews. Weird.
My cat has no interest in me motivating. Eh, gotta disturb the boss!
Also, try to cherish these days, despite the constant cleaning. Ours passed within a month of each other. I miss them(and also not hating the absence of bad manners).

I'm a native Floridian now living in the north. I haven't been able to live here without surrounding myself with Florida flora. The hibiscus and lime plant have forgiven me and blessed my home with beauty! Oh, that lime bloom smells heavenly!
