Yup it is buuut with some modifications to make it usable on N Scale track I think I'll be able to have something really unique for my layout and maybe even the train shows! Here's some pics of how it looks the given display track is just one rail width wider which means I won't have to do too much.
Ahhh I see yeah written instructions I really hate I need da pictures! The kit I got recently though is gonna be a hassle I'll have to practice with some smaller kits before taking on that massive kit which also needs to be modified to work on N Scale track lol. The model kit in question:
