Okay I have since seen more photos and angles and that blue pigment on the jeans seems to be the jeans and the original article I saw failed to report it was a Dior REPLICA of the 18th century jacket which makes way more sense. Kudos to Dior for gorgeous embroidery reproduction though!!!
