Number of Books Banned By Schools In Each US State Florida (4,500) & Iowa (3,600) recorded the highest number of book bans. Do you think schools should ban books to protect children? P.S. I live in Florida 😡 And, no. Parents can decide for their own kids what to read. Schools shouldn't ban them.
