How does allowing open transphobia make an inclusive environment? It makes it unsafe for Trans people and their friends, family, and supporters.

Jay Williams wrote a wonderful book called The Practical Princess. There is a sinister Lord Garp, and when the titular Princess outsmart him, he stomps his foot and cries out "Ub! Ub! Ub!" I used a creakey voice for old Garp. My now grown children occasionally regale me with an "ub! Ub! Ub!"
