My birthday is an eclipse? Sweet! Time to be dramatic. I always do a self-portrait on my birthday, as I'm usually on the other side of the camera, and the cosmic theme vs a painted theme worked well for it. Plus I won't lie, my pecs look pretty big here. 36 today! Thanks for sticking by me! x
So its definitely a market shift. Simpler, block coloured unearth are in vogue, this is from 2023 but the trend has continued. I also think its a backlash of ai slop being hyper realistic a lot of the time, and it makes people question the book. This is for waterstones specifically

I'm watching 'The Devils Mouth' and this single shark has eaten like 4 people, and we know it's the same shark because of story reasons. It's always funny how big they imagine shark tummies in these films XD
This was a damned good film. Emotional depth, amazing action, great actor and effects, top-notch. It really shook off the marvel fatigue the same way Thunderbolts did.
There is, however, the sad controversy about them using Chat GPT for basic research :/

Had a re-sketch after some advice from @tfiddlerart.bsky.social and im enjoying the pose a lot more now. Gov feels much happier on Iksas shoulder, and hes closer to the gun show. Plus Iksa feels more solid in the face and body, which fits his character so far according to the DM. And now, Bed.
I had some mouth-breathers saying that i don't get to complain about the poster online and a respectful reminder that the creators of the show hand-picked my work to win a dark horse contest in 2015. So...nyeh. I'm overly hot and petty today, dont push me.
I'm sorry to be THAT GUY, but as a designer wtf? Who decided to have the long elements on one side? It feels so maddeningly unbalanced on the left-hand side?? there's just empty space on the right and the eye is ALL on the left. UGH.
