#hamradio First test of the new station. The antenna is working well, but 40m is pretty bad on the lower CW end, so I'll have to fiddle with tuning to get the SWR below at least 2:1.

#hamradio The Titan stands! Got the GAP Titan DX set up at the new QTH in Olympia. All bands tune up really well, but 40m is giving me a challenge with high SWR on the lower end of the band so that needs some tweaking.

Moving day is done. A couple guys hired to move the rest from storage. Just have to unpack the stuff. Completion of a 2 year, 2,000 mile, sell, buy, a few days in a horrible hotel, and month in apartment. I’m damn sore right now!

One more hot night in the tiny studio apartment for Greta. We get the new home tomorrow!

I think Greta is bored with apartment living. A few weeks until the house move in. Apartment is about the size of our old living room, and she has nowhere to run and play. A kitten is in our future for a friend for her! 🙂

Been there, done that, tried again, scared again, gave up on sailing Lake Michigan. Looking forward to sailing the calm seas of Puget Sound again!

Our house offer accepted. Can’t wait to get out of apartment living. This idiot set off fire alarm and sprinkler in stairway. Yay.
