I took up painting during the pandemic. I struggle with severe anxiety, depression & PTSD. Painting helps me cope. I finally got the courage to submit something at a local exhibit. Today, I went to pick up my submissions and found out I had sold a painting. #art #itsthelittlethings #mentalhealth

USPS already scans each piece of mail. You can go online and sign up and get a daily email. Burning it, shredding it won't help.
