Me too! I frogged this rather than try to tink back to a mistake I couldn’t live with.
Same! I’m facing my first steeking experience now! Opening the armholes is the next step on this T-shirt. I’m at the “gathering my courage” stage of the project.
Otis here. I’ve been living with this human for a couple of weeks now and so far I’ve only let them hear my squeak and, more often, my dry little “Eck.” I’ve got 20 pounds behind my vocal cords but I only put a half ounce of effort into being loud.
Oh my word, you’re brave. I’m working on a shawl with mosaic cables that has a similar effect but without the bobbins. I’ve just done one small intarsia project and that may end up being my only! So tangley!
Took a break from my sweater knitting fixation to knit my first two stuffed animals for my…grandniece and nephew? (How can I have grands?) #knitting #knitsky #showmeyourknitting
Gonz, my Frida died about three weeks ago and I just felt like you should know. She thought your escapades were funny. And she wasn’t easily amused.
I have a shawl I started knitting for my mom instead of the sweater she wanted because I realized I couldn’t get the sweater done for her by Christmas. She died while I was working on it. I used it to drape an alcove for my beloved cat. My cat died Friday. I don’t know what to do with this shawl.
I made this beanie as a gift for my son in law. Free pattern by Lanja Khon-Engheim on Ravelry.
Kash was too busy spending taxpayer money for his own pleasure to be bothered about it.
Frogging solidarity. I’ve no regrets after frogging this brioche shawl. I had sunk so many hours into it but I messed up a row several rows down. I decided I didn’t even really like it and fixing it one more time (so much fixing already) was simply not worth it.
