Oh ha! I forgot to share my designs from Thursday. We have a lawman, a lawwoman, an enginner, a prince, and his guard. Good looks, I need to play around with them a bit more to sharpen them up.

Right now, I'm pulling up some clothing looks for our men of the Kingdom for tonight. I've got some ideas floating around in my head for them and I'm excited to fix them up.

So on Tuesday's stream, I worked on some new outfits for the women of Hedge Kingdom. The time period for the series is roughly 1800s, so I really wanted to dig into some period attire for everyone. #makingcomics

Yup! The folder it's in was a project from my Staff Training and Development class. Wow. I wasn't trying to make it good, just legible.

Okay, I wanted to redo this because no matter how many times I described it to myself on stream and off, I could not keep it together. So I made a re-do of my edit color codes for this issue 2. Let's just say there are a lot more pages in Red than before 😅 #makingcomics

Saddest news I'd ever thought I would share. My guy and I said goodbye to our little girl Bean a little bit ago. I'm processing and focusing on things I can do right now, but it's weird coming home and she's not here to greet us, and also a little humiliating.

Y'all, learning to crochet has been so good for me! Gonna do this instead of my morning doom-scroll. I bought four new rolls last night after my flute lesson, and I'm going to practice my various stitches with some little swatches.

Additionally, with care put into my work, that's when I get to enjoy my process and what I do. So I think I want to take my time a little more with crafting my stories and art. Less tension is better, and leads to better scene compositions. So, trying to relax more!
