I grew up in Lusk, in NC Dublin. It was an agricultural village surrounded by glasshouses when I was a kid. Not criticising when I say it has never been described as sophisticated. But David Llewellyn is producing sophisticated wines in Lusk, that sell for €60 a bottle. Respect.
