Super busy week with me picking up TWO overnight shifts. I did get at least a ride outside after work. Only a couple dozen people on the DCRT. The walkway had its usual crowd. I wished I could have ridden longer but I needed sleep.

As predicted the heat came. I did the Climb Control course in #zwift. Miles: 15.7 Elevation :627 ft Avg. Power 168w Calories: 564 Avg Speed 15.1 Outside temp: 97 Feels like 108 Inside temp 70.
I just stepped outside at 5:45 am. It's already starting to warm up along with the humidity. Last night rain was not helping to cool things off. Looks like it is another day on #zwift.

Not a road racer but can confirm having a second wheel set for my Checkpoint ALR5 for those days I want to ride exclusively on the road is heaven. 3 bottle cages mean I can ride for 3+ plus hours without stopping too!

That looks like an AL3 not an ALR5. The first pic is an AL3. The second pic is an ALR5. Notice the graphics on the fork and seat tube. Also on the top tube it will have the model name.

With no rain the past 2 days the trails were fairly dry with no dust or puddles. Hurley to New Paltz and Cottekill to Hurley trails were clear with little traffic. Got my ride in early before the ☀️ gets to 🔥. #Gravel #nozwift #cycling #HudsonValley
