The outdoors is only an acceptable temperature until about 9am these days but the mornings are really nice until then~
Then using ratchet straps and wood glue to pull it back together. (I was lazy and didn’t take it off the hinges to save myself an hour of swearing at a very heavy object)
Still need to resand and refinish both doors (and probably disassemble the remaining one) but one of my courtyard gate doors died on me recently and it was a whole project to reassemble it. The first phase involved removing the sins of previous owners, using epoxy to hold wood together.
A friend was flying me home last week and there was a storm that made the sunset look so surreal on the horizon. Phone camera didn’t really pick up all the purple hues but still so pretty!
