special day! A paella made by my dad. He's a stickler for authenticity and didn't disappoint! 🥘 The pan is 28" I believe (70cm). easily fed 9 of us.

A little while later and there is now abit of juices and there are tomatoes, beans and garlic cooking in the pan. We can also see the regulator for the propane tank

Now all the juice and spices have been added. The saffron gives it a golden colour. Rice has been added in a cross length and width wise before being mixed it.

The finished dish mixed with rice, prawns and chicken and the veggies

well crap. cut the corner a little close in the alley and didnt see the retaining wall. the good news is the BCAA tow truck came in like 20min and just needed to tug it to the side a bit by the tow hitch. #sad #car
