Another one of my LEGO designs made it to the fan vote! If it gets the most votes it’ll become a real set. You can vote here: ideas.lego.com/challenges/8...
I picked this up at a thrift store yesterday not realizing it was a Harmonix game. Fun seeing people you know in the instruction manual credits! #RandomGameSaturday
Here’s the Japanese copy of Pokémon White I picked up in Tokyo around the time it released. This was before simultaneous worldwide launches for Pokémon games, so it was a novelty to play it before it released in the US. #RandomGameSaturday
I bought a 32X at a thrift store a few years ago and found this gem while searching for exclusives. I just think the title is hilarious #RandomGameSaturday
Only a few days left to vote for Joltik to become an official LEGO Pokémon set! The fan vote ends June 11th! beta.ideas.lego.com/challenges/a...
Here are some more high-res renders. I picked Joltik because I didn't think it was popular enough for anyone else to pick. 😄 Pretty happy with how it turned out!
Here's a fun project I've been working on the past few weeks: an entry for the LEGO Ideas Pokémon TCG challenge! beta.ideas.lego.com/challenges/a...
And here’s the loaf from last week. Probably could have used some more proofing time, but overall pretty good
I started making sourdough earlier this year as a “fun” new hobby. Here’s the little whole wheat loaf I baked yesterday!
Lastly, here are all 266 pet photos can be found in the final game. This was my favorite part of the Kickstarter, and I'm so happy we could memorialize everyone's pet(s) this way!
Going through my old files I also found the original logo I made 😄 (final version for reference)
And here are some comparison shots, from the prototype to a few months later, then to the final game
Today is the 10 year anniversary of the release of the original Catlateral Damage on Steam! Here are some old screenshots of the original 7DFPS game jam prototype (from way back in 2013)
I’m very proud of the croissants I made this week! This is by far the best batch I’ve made since I started practicing last year
Wil had surgery yesterday, which means last night and today has been a lot of babysitting and taking silly shark cone photos
Share a random game from your collection on Saturday! This one was tricky to find, but I had an idea to start collecting “meme games” and this felt like the way to start. I can confirm that these names are actually in the game 😆
I also collect video games and related memorabilia, like to cook/bake (this year I’ve been learning how to make croissants), and have two cats named Wil and Lyn. Very happy to chat about any of those in more detail 😄
I never introduced myself! I’m Chris, an indie dev who made a silly little cat game and is currently figuring out what’s next. Most recently I worked at Fire Hose Games on an unannounced project, but have done QA, project management, and miscellaneous dev work throughout my 12 years in the industry
Apparently Saturdays are for posting a random game from your collection? Here’s my copy of Donkey Kong for the Atari 2600, from back when Nintendo put their games on other company’s consoles
I’m going to start posting game dev stuff over here soon, but for now you can add me on Pokémon TCG Pocket! 7429-2027-9489-0454
