Far below was the most fantastic sign at #Brightontranspride (in my humble opinion) This was the front of the parade - took fully 40 minutes (or so) to pass, front-to-back.
'Wow, so I guess I had a really cool ship named after me for nothing then.'
'Dril was wrong, but actually in a interesting wa... No wait come back'
This reads like the most boring lawyer in all of Belgium having his best ever day at the office. No 'whilst' even required.
Looks to me like Aberdeenshire and the Isles are exporting massive amounts of energy to the ungrateful lowland cities. #rigged Maybe they're getting food or defence or other stuff back, but probably better to cede just in case.
For those that remember 'ecocivilisation' - this paper (intellectually driven by Lila Buckley) offers some of the political background to that, the the interface with green econ - by the lights of the then imminent 14th five year plan. www.greeneconomycoalition.org/assets/repor...

Sir Kier with the saddest bow-tie plot you've ever seen. (I could do these all day tbh)
Great thread on why Starmer is going. But this is the data point that should go in Morgan McSweeney's political obituary. Spent masses of political capital, alienated core-voting coalition, achieved - literally nothing. For a self-proclaimed realist, centrist operator (haha) that's criminal.
It's like the French intelligence equivalent of James Bond going undercover by repeatedly driving a limited edition sports car around a (then) third world capital, wearing a tuxedo. Incrediblé.
I've decided to believe Guimaraes pronounced his name She-Ra once, and they now have an incredibly petty feud.
It's too real that the poor FIFA PR guy only has the sports-washing deck for pitching the World Cup 😅
