We played our first session of Fabula Ultima #ttrpg recently and it was super fun! Given the game’s inspiration (old school JRPG’s), we’re using pixel art for our characters. I put a little extra work into mine, can you tell? (This is splicing/editing/recoloring existing art, I claim no credit!)

Downtime in Mass Effect #ttrpg. At this point, we now have a ship, and our group is turning into a proper mercenary band. The GM has us each make a second character; when we go on future missions, we need to choose who to bring. I'm not big on branching out a lot, so of course I recruit Fire. 🔥 (+)

Thanks to Jess from @edgerunnershq.bsky.social, I am extra prepared for this question! In Cyberpunk: RED, characters start out living in converted cargo containers by default. Jess put this together for Fire, and it works really well for her. Check out these screenshots!

Saw this old screenshot from BG3 and wanted to add some more! It was a fun journey. I think I did justice portraying Fire and got a decent ending for her. In other settings, she's usually more of a pugilist (the flavor & themes of D&D's Monk are a bad fit), but Fighter is the next best option.

Keeping in mind that these characters exist for the year 2045 (Cyberpunk: RED)... Gray: September 13, 2022 Fire: July 24, 2018 They have birthdays in other settings, too, but Cyberpunk is the most "Earth-like"/"Earth-adjacent" one they exist in.

Incredibly happy with this rendition of Gray in the Mass Effect universe by @nilusart.bsky.social. In this version, her colony was attacked by space pirates as a child, leaving her the only survivor, and barely so. She was picked up by a sect of turians who rescued her and raised her. (continued)

Lists are pretty straightforward as well. Click "Lists," then "New" at the top. Name it, give it a description, hit "Save" and off you go. The default view when you click/tap into your List are posts by people on it. You can go to "People" to see the accounts in the list itself.

OK! For Mutuals (and other feeds), go to "Feeds" and then scroll down to the search bar, then type "Mutuals" and there are a few options. I use the skyfeed one (as shown in the screenshot). Then click "Pin Feed." There are other good feeds, but be prepared to prune them (muting some words, etc.).

Ran my Fallout #ttrpg last night. Leaning on obscure-ish lore from the questionably canon Fallout Tactics game for the main conflict and it's been fun. The players were introduced to grenade-slinging intelligent talking deathclaws who are members of the Brotherhood of Steel. Good times.

I actually don't talk about it a lot because we play once every like...4-8+ months (😭), but I technically run a D&D game for a couple friends when the three of us can get together. I needed a crypt and the Necromancer's Prison was a good fit. Do you recognize it? (I took some liberties)

For those joining late, this is my attempt to draw Mass Effect #ttrpg character #art for myself. This is Gray, who is a human raised by turians (long story). She has a robotic arm. I'm still designing her a bit as I go. I'm working at a snail's pace, but I'm happy with how it's coming out. #wip

It doesn't look like much, but I cleaned up the gun quite a bit and I'm fairly happy with the level of detail there for now. Iterative progress. I don't think I'll generally post WIP's this frequently, but I'm trying to get over the posting anxiety, so you all get to suffer with me. 😁 #art #wip

Gray is "Samus-coded," so I try to give her a dragon-like or dragon-adjacent type rival. In the Witcher setting, this is a literal dragon; in Cyberpunk, I'm still working out the details, but I'm thinking the dragon will be more emblematic or symbolic. She typically starts out beneath their notice.

Fire's eyes are blue. The difference is subtle, but in Final Fantasy XIV, she started with dark blue eyes. Events in the Shadowbringers expansion drove me to make her eyes more of a pale blue. She also got her signature scar over her right eye during the events of Stormblood.

In the Witcher setting, Gray's green eyes have the signature "witcher eye" look, which makes them somewhat animalistic-looking. This is to let her see better in the dark. I brought this over to her Cyberpunk self with stylized cyber eyes. (Artist credits in alt text)
