Here I am contemplatiing another fabulous year of singing. These are all my one-off singing days for 2026. I'm kicking off in London and booking for that is now open. You can find full details, and when booking opens for each singing day, on my website: chrisrowbury.com/singing-work...
15 years ago today was the first night of the (sadly no more) OK Chorale in Woodbridge. They were some fun times!

My first attempt at 100% rye sourdough loaf. Very pleased. Moist, tasty and soft. Result!
Led a fabulous day of singing in Norfolk today, despite a chesty cough. Got slightly lost on the drive home but it was lovely countryside. Having a little break now until next April.
I seem to be living on trains at the moment! Off to Winchester to lead a sold-out day of songs from Southern Europe tomorrow. Really looking forward to sharing lots of new songs.
A truly uplifting weekend comes to an end in glorious sunshine. Great company, fabulous songs and beautiful voices. Here's to the next time we're all aboard the gospel train!
Heading home from a fantastic day of singing in London. Tried out my new arrangement of The grey funnel line and also managed to nail a tricky Croatian dance song. Lovely bunch of singers who rose to the challenge. I'll be back next May. See you then?
When I first came on here I followed loads of choirs and music-makers, but I hardly see any posts about choirs or singing! Have they all left or just don't post on here?
I'm developing a new singing workshop called SONGS FROM SOUTHERN EUROPE. I want cover harmony songs from Spain, Italy, Portugal, Sicily, Corsica and Sardinia. But "Southern Europe" is usually defined differently. So ... does this sound like an interesting workshop? Can you think of a better title?
Decided to go upmarket this year for my annual Kenilworth singing day. Although our room is remarkably similar to a Holiday Inn or Travelodge or Premier Inn or ...
Some brilliant singing at this weekend's Sing into Spring in Woking. Beautiful songs too from Georgia, Hungary, Armenia, USA, Old California (in Spanish) - and I even sneaked one of my own compositions in. A lovely friendly bunch of singers as always. A delight to work with.
My weekly visit to the washing line. Great to have such a lovely garden when we can't get out and about
