Here we go again... And predictably, the #gym is absolutely rammed. That'll teach me for chilling thus morning instead of getting up super early like normal and hitting it when it's dead. Speaking of dead, straight in on deadlifts and a hardcore back workout - my first in months. Ouchies again.

I wanted my #firstpost to be a goodun, so waited a week since joining... Because today, I finished 6 weeks for chemoradiotherapy, and with any luck I'll now be cancer free. Hello Bluesky, let's make 2025 a good year.
