I followed him via a starter pack here and asked about joining a league he posted about. Didn't do it because I couldn't find many results for the charity mentioned, so I wasn't sure what I would be supporting, and it was generally a little fishy:
No danger, it'll just start leaking air when you pull it, so you might be kinda flat by the time you get the plug in there - you might get a little portable air compressor too if you don't have one. I've done it a few times, its pretty quick, and when it's been on the tread like that, it's held up.
Recommend switching to DuckDuckGo as your default browser/search engine
