Another Sunday Social & this time it was along a lovely route new to me (after 31 years of living here 🫣)
I did something totally out of my comfort zone on Sunday - I joined a group walk in my town. It was such a wonderful experience that I might do it again.

I loved finding my people when I joined the Froebel community, this week I was so fortunate to spend a day at the incredible sites at Guildford Nursery School where the whole ethos just oozes Froebel’s Principles.
When I began my fitness journey 22 months ago I could never have envisaged the difference it would make to my life, at 56 I am the healthiest I have ever been & more importantly I have a proper understanding of nutrition.
This week was all about finding shade & this is when it becomes so obvious that planting trees in school grounds should be compulsory. Bear Woods provided such a cool space to play in & enjoy some ice pops.
Laughed so much at Max’s bafflement at these - it’s an island of Ireland thing I guess!
We got our class photo taken up in Bear Woods this year & it is just gorgeous.
Look at this for progress - the children now have 5 drawings but the biggest difference is definitely from Sept to now with this little one.
We got a lovely new stepped seating area in Bear Woods, this week we had our class photo taken up here & I can’t wait to see it. I foresee lots of fun times & conversations on these steps.
We had a lovely visit up to Bear Woods today. This dry weather is just so good.
So fortunate to have this peaceful walk on my doorstep. I may even have run part of the way inspired by watching the London marathon!! 😱
Adding a table to the block corner created all sorts of creativity to the play.
We brought dinner to my mum’s for Easter so she could relax in her own house.
