Good morning Guhlenda! I had two dogs who loved to go down the slide at the park, and they'd scramble up the ladder 10 times so they cold slide down. Wish I'd taken video of it, it was the cutest thing! These two little munchkins, named Betty and Terry after my grandma and her sister. 👇

This is the America I know and love, righteous, passionate and proactive. All Trump's lies, the news outlets that repeat them, and people who believe them make it hard to say how this era will be summed up in history, but I'm proud of all the Americans who stood up, spoke out, and fought back! ♥️🤍💙
The whole thing really gripped the whole nation. Beloved star athlete (and quasi-Hollywood movie star), grizzly murders, bizarre getaway attempt and spectacle show trial... I'll never forget this picture of college students responding to the verdict along racial lines.
Backward thinking as the current administration is, and despite the BILLIONS they have spent cancelling wind projects and subsidizing (Dirty/Polluting/Warming) #FossilFuels... Progress marches on!

My sympathy to all who have lost their dad, I get it. And all still fortunate enough to have that relationship, cherish it while you can! 💙
All the performers donated their time that year. The fest benefits local musicians and artists, and in 2005 so many of them lost absolutely everything, their homes, and all their possessions, including their instruments. All the proceeds went to help them rebuild. such spirit and resilience! 🎶💃🎷
Despite the current administrations backward ideology, racist policies, and attempts to erase our history, the truth and progress march on.
She's right. Things won't magically get (all the way) better once Trump is out of office. We have a lot of work to do if we are to right the ship properly.
Thanks, Clare. I so appreciate people who don't just write Americans off as idiots and a-holes (which I totally get). It's hard being on the front lines dealing with Trump and Republicans and their senseless, reckless and harmful actions, and feeling powerless to really do anything about it.
