i'd been working through the VisitLEX dining guides and got stuck halfway through the "coffee, tea, and juiceries" brochure because i needed a reservation for Lexington Tea & Brie... so i ended up taking my sisters there for their birthday last month. now i'm finally chipping away at the 'm's.

Power flash(?) through south window in downtown Frankfort. Happened four times in a row + incredible lightning.
Huh. Lexington council district map shows a place named Monterey in Bourbon County. Unsure if it's mislabeled, misplaced, or if there's just a secret, second Monterey forty miles east from Monterey.
