Tough for Kenya but this model of floral wholesale is unsustainable. Since the pandemic, the availability of local, seasonal flowers has blossomed. When you buy from a flower farmer, or florist who uses only local flowers, you are guaranteed fresh picked, low/no pesticide, in season blooms.

I find social media a difficult place to share personal stories. Since joining, I’ve been stuck in a cycle of reposting what feels most urgent. Not good. When I was teaching, I felt compelled to be “in the know” about politics and culture. These days, I simply want to hide among the flowers.
This. Have a plan that goes hard from day one. Forgive student loan debt. Reinstate federal funding for medical and university research, the arts and humanities. Restore experts to the CDC, OBM, BLM, FBI, CIA, HSA, SSA, etc. Abolish ICE. Stop arming Israel.
Now or never… have this conversation with your representatives and a friend or neighbor. Keep talking about this GOP plan to bankrupt the US, kill the environment, hunt down and jail people, endanger seniors citizens and push more people into poverty to enrich their billionaire donors and friends.

Meet Charlie (Charlotte). Adopted as a two year old from the Oswego County Humane Society in April 2019. She was twice surrendered before she found her forever home here with us. We can’t imagine life without her.
