Overview of my Cities: Skylines city Trinity Gate. Compared to last overview post, there are more farms, the new coal power plant and of course the new harbor. The city center has also massively densified compared to last update. #CitiesSkylines2 #TrinityGate

While the harbor was under construction, the city also built its first college. With space for over 3000 students, it promises to provide higher education for the entire city. #CitiesSkylines2 #TrinityGate

The Trinity Gate harbor is finished! With a high capacity highway connection and even higher capacity freight rail connection, this new harbor can be well connected to the city and beyond, promising to turn Trinity Gate into a major trading hub. #CitiesSkylines2 #TrinityGate

A screenshot of my Citiees: Skylines 2 city Trinity Gate showing the fully developed harbor island. The canal that cuts the island off of the mainland is in the bottom left of the image. The rail bridge can be seen which leads into a gentle s-curve into the train terminal, while the highway bridge turns into a dramatic loop to get the highway down to ground level. Industrial and office spaces are situated underneath the highway loop. The harbor island is completely surrounded by quay walls which house several cargo cranes spread across the island's perimiter. A fishing pier and passenger ferry terminal can be seen on the right side of the image. The island is mostly filled with harbor streets and storage spaces, specked with the occasional office or industrial building. Ships can be seen around the harbor.

The new power plant has been built! It will finally provide enough power to supply the whole city. Now it is vital that the new harbor will be built soon as the old harbor is not fit for the purpose of supplying the power plant with the necessary amount of coal. #CitiesSkylines2 #TrinityGate

Drama struck the city again with the construction of Kapine Tower, the new HQ of telecom firm Kapine. It was built on Wood Street, the border between high density Downtown and low density George Harrison Park. (1/3) #CitiesSkylines2 #TrinityGate

With population pressure on the city center increasing, the farms on the south shore of the peninsula have been replaced with new housing developments. #CitiesSkylines2 #TrinityGate

To improve the industrial area's access to the city center, a new rail connection has been built, which bypasses the rail yard and connects to the industrial district's new train station. Both train lines have been diverted through the new connection. #CitiesSkylines2 #TrinityGate

Also used this piece's concept to try and create my own. Basically a cylinder with some grooves around it. Could be the base for a decorative tower or something, but was really just for me to actually create something of my own and not follow a tutorial for once ^^ #3d #3dmodeling #blender

In an effort to reduce traffic congestion, the main street has been widened from 2-4 lanes to 6 lanes across its entire length. Some side streets were also widened to improve access to the main street. Surely adding more lanes will solve the traffic issues, no? (1/4) #CitiesSkylines2 #TrinityGate

With the city growing ever more, more and more people are wanting to live close to the city for its amenities but still enjoy a rural lifestyle away from the city bustle. Thus, the village of Cattleway has been steadily growing for a while now. #CitiesSkylines2 #TrinityGate

A new canal has been dug to allow for future planned ship routes across the harbor. This cut off the peninsula west of the city, turning it into an island and creating more space for future expansions of the harbor :) #CitiesSkylines2 #TrinityGate
