1. PMing me is a bad idea. 2. I'm here to signal-boost. 3. If you wanna argue with me, I probably won't, as I have stuff I should be doing, but I'll happily block you, so I don't have to worry about it later, either. 4. Broke. Not going to give you money.
The 10th Victim has a bunch of scenes in clubs and restaurants. Just a really fun, pretty to look at, Italian sci-fi film.
Apologies to anybody who isn’t a software engineer. I’d just scroll past.
(I've seen several people riffing on this. I'm the first one I know to fire up the meme generator and do it properly, but happy to take it down if I'm not)
We need media popular enough to help shape consensus reality, but not owned by a billionaire or for-profit corporation. Seems impossible. Queue this quote:
Some random guy with his groceries after ten hours at work: braver than the entire American executive branch, the secret service, and the marine guards, braver than 95% of the congress, braver than 66.6% of the supreme court. That's the post.
I wish they'd concentrate on first-rate reporting, rather than gimmicks, but, you know, management. They would do a better job just giving the facts, but the whole 'quote 4 republicans, and, when they're feeling generous, quote one dem,' thing doesn't feel like good reporting to me.
