That was your literal description of what he said. I get it. He's harassing someone who is Jewish, so it must be because he is Jewish, in spite of what he said both to the person and what he wrote about it.
I'm missing the part of his xweet where he says he wants to "harass a Jewish man in public".
I'd written this last night, at the time of our back&forth, 13 hours before you just now responded. And tl;dr: other people did helpfully provide context after I wrote that. And I discussed it with them and thanked them for the context.

7:30am JFK Terminal 5, text from my son: "The entire interior of the airport is the security line". It was 90 minutes to get through. His flight was delayed 60 minutes waiting for its passengers.
I so do not enjoy it when the App Store reviewer has their location services disabled, and rejects my app for improperly asking for location permissions. "The user is redirected to the Settings app to grant access before showing the permission request."
