I definitely am a bit sore after amping up the exercise this week . Four days in a row without a rest day was the big test for me. I couldn't have done it even two weeks ago.

I had no idea I still had my college transcript. Out of our 25 person program three of us were offered jobs in Toronto. Two of us took the offer (and strangely I knew one from my 100 person town - he was about four years older than me)
